Lofty Ministry walks in the authority of divine lineage — tracing its spiritual foundation through sacred texts, ancestral wisdom, and unbroken covenants. Minister Ra’EL Zahir, steward and seal-bearer, serves as the Living Trustee of the Lofty Legacy Trust, under Ecclesiastical Trust Law and 508(c)(1)(A) protections.

Treaty & Legal Standing

The Ministry stands under the peace and sovereignty of the Treaty of Peace & Friendship, invoking Article VI of the U.S. Constitution. This binding covenant recognizes our spiritual jurisdiction and protects it from all foreign interference or corporate annexation.

Clarification of Ecclesiastical Status

We operate as a 508(c)(1)(A) Private Ecclesiastical Ministry — not a 501(c)(3) or state-licensed entity. This ensures we remain in full trust, untaxed, unregistered with corporate governments, and sovereign in all operations. Our trust is irrevocable and divine.
